About:
Jillian is a life-long scholar, and an experienced producer of learning. Working with K-12, higher education, local and state governments, and international companies, she has designed learning programs for professional development and continuing education. As a business consultant, Jillian has worked with a variety of industry sectors and businesses to provide expertise in leadership growth and performance improvement.
From her office in west-central Illinois, she consults with MFF and other clients and is the owner/founder of Wise Women Leadership. Jillian has been a consultant for over 25 years, and enjoys spending time with young entrepreneurs. She volunteers her time to coach up-and-coming leaders.
Dr. Starman has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Business Communication, and has also earned her Ph.D. in Education, specializing in training and performance improvement.
